Pilchuck Pollinator

Kristi O'Donnell will lead the classes, with visits from current tour guides.

Please email me (meerkerk@whidbey.net) if you are interested in attending.  It would be
great if you could attend all 4 classes, and there is flexibility if
you have to miss one.

These classes are held in rain or shine. If it is really inclement,
we will stay warm and dry in the volunteer cottage.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Many thanks,

Kristi

ATTENTION all members growing Yasmin's seedlings:

Yasmin Workman expects to be here for a visit in May, sometime around Mother's Day.  She would be most pleased if she could visit Pilchuck member's gardens and see any of her hybrid seedlings that might be blooming at the time.  She knows that many Pilchuck members are growing some of her seedlings won at our plant raffles.  Please call her and let her know if you have one of her hybrids that will probably be in bloom in early May.  She will need your address and phone number so she can drive to your garden. Her 800 number is: 1-800-818-0178.

We have received complaints from the janitorial staff after the last two  meetings that there was excessive dirt around the plant tables.  Let’s try to be more careful in the future and maybe we should put down a tarp.

Comford park will not be available for the flower show this year (neither for us or the fuchsia society).  The Everett Mall insists on us being there both Saturday and Sunday (with a Friday night setup).  We will be trying  to go together with the  fuchsia society to come up with enough staff and plants.
